Living Area
The oversized living room called for numerous custom furniture pieces, which we crafted in our own in-house workshop for the space. We also finished out the built-in bench seating for the windows overlooking Central Park, and we creatively converted an unsightly gas riser into an attractive lighting fixture.
Kitchen and Dining
Highlights of the eat-in kitchen include elaborate recessed lighting, bespoke cabinets and drawers with finger pulls, and a unique four-inch stone shelf, all of which were fabricated and installed by our team.
Custom Millwork
The plans called for custom millwork throughout the space, so KNG handled all the doors and woodwork for this project in-house. The apartment also featured a custom desk topped with Kenya black marble for one of the bedrooms.
